Relationships.
Creating positive relationships with players is our top priority. Establishing a comfortable environment where all girls feel valued and their voices heard is at the very foundation of our soccer clinics and camps.
High Level Training.
Our clinics and camps are lead by experienced, high level coaches. We value best practice in our field, teach technical foundational work and foster tactical understanding by creating opportunities for players through small sided play and real game scenarios. We challenge our players to reach past their comfort zone to achieve their full potential.
Connection.
In addition to technical skills and game tactics, we also believe that a deeper connection to other areas such as performance nutrition, fitness & agility, injury prevention, mental skills training, positive self image, and leadership skills are significant in providing girls an edge both on and off the soccer field. Our summer camps include this connection through daily interactive sessions and discussions following technical and tactical soccer training. We invite local top female professionals in fitness, nutrition, sport psychology, leadership and more to share their expertise with our players, building a deeper understanding of how this connection can help benefit them both on the field and in life. Girls will hear from college coaches and former top collegiate players to learn about the expectations of the women’s college game at the highest levels. Girls will also have an opportunity to meet former professional players and hear their rich experiences while playing professionally both within the United States and in leagues across the world.

Our team believes that every girl should experience a female coach sometime in her soccer journey. We bring together some of the best soccer coaches and former elite players in the Greater Rochester Area. Our team includes college coaches, top club coaches, USSF licensed coaches, United Soccer Coaches licensed coaches, former top collegiate players and former professional players.
